• Classes must be canceled a least 4 hours before the sceduled class start time.
• $15.00 Late Cancel Fee after 4 hours before start time.
• If you cancel your class before the 4 hours allowed, the credit will be available again for use in a future booking.

All memberships, drop-in classes & all class packages are final sale. We do not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any services or products purchased from SLOW WELLNESS STUDIO.

• Yes, phones are permited inside. To enjoy the class experience, please make sure to keep your phone on silent and refrain from phone calls & facetime.
• If you'd like to film to film yourself during class you're permited to do. You only film yourself or others who have given you permission to appear in yor videos.

• We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class allow time for check-in and getting settled.
• In your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early & make sure to bring grip socks, a towel for sweat, and water to stay hydrated.

• We have just 5 minutes late policy.
• Customers arriving more than 5 minutes will not be admitted and the cancellation policy and fee will apply.
• We want to maintain the experience and standards of our studio. punctuality and respect for other customers are of utmost importance to us.

• Re-entry is not permitted to minimize distruptions. If you need to leave due to an emergency, please let your instructor know.
• That class will not be credited or transferred under any circumstances.
